Recieved a parking ticket for parking in Handicap spot ($350) Spot not marked, curb not painted and matter of opinion if another car could park in spot in front of us. Is there a written law about marking of Handicap spot????

Did that--couldn't find info. Called NJ MVD and they say there is no "state" requirements. That's why I chose this route. Not to be insulted by people who think that anonymity gives them power. Thought this sight might be people who really wanted to help.
