Ticket Question please help?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I live in New York. I got a ticket from MTA for entering the bus without paying. Long story short my question is how many days do I have to pay the ticket is it 15? or any day before the hearing will do? I have hearing date scheduled on 11/10/2011. I bought money order and sent it yesterday.

All this information should be on the ticket and, if not, there should be a telephone number that you can call where they would be most helpful in letting you know this.
