On a parking ticket does the vin have to be written and if it is and was not is that grounds for dissmal of the ticket?

Another question if a temporary construction sign was put up after you were parked can you fight it?

Thank you

Considerin gthat a VIN number cannot always be seen when a vehicle is parked, that would be a pointless requirement.

No. This is not grounds for dismissal.

You can fight it anyway. However, if you can show that you were cited for violating a sign that was not present when you parked, then you will likely prevail.
