Question

Visiting MA and getting a parking ticket there

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT

What are the laws for this or how could I find out? If one is visiting MA from CT and (unfairly) gets a parking ticket, what happens if the ticket is never paid?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
