Question

Vtl-1201

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

Is New York state VTL violation 1201 a non-moving/parking violation? In other words, can someone confirm that it does not show up in my driving record (Live and with Driver license in Massachusetts) and will not be noticed by the insurance company?
