warrants and international travel

I have been informed I have an arrest warrant issued in my name for a probation violation related to a suspended drivers license. my question is whether or not this would prohibit be from beong able to travel internationally.

can a warrant for a suspended license prevent me from being able to leave the country? I plan on going on a vacation soon.
