What to do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California About two years ago I bought a care from a used car dealership. In the process, I traded in my old car. Periodically, over the last two years, I would receive notices of parking violations on my former car. I took these notices to the dealer from where I bought my current car and they said that they would take care of it. Yet, the notices continue. Do I have any recourse with the dealership, who I assume was suppose to take care of the transfer paperwork? Or, do I need to go to the DMV and provide some information. |
