How do you enforce a stipulation agreement to a probated will? The agreement was made between distributee's of a will for a cash payment to be paid from one distributee, who received the most assets, to the remaining parties in the will.

The stipulation agreement was probated in Surrogates Court and was made in order to avoid contesting the will.

Should the agreement be brought back to Surrogaes Court or enforced in C'ivil Court? If is is takien back to surrogates court, what options will the court have, if any, to enforce the stipulation?
