window tintingWhat is the name of your state? Pa. Delaware County My son got a ticket for tinted windows on new years eve by the same officer as a couple years ago. His cas was dismissed before because he has a medical reason for the windows tinted as he was treated for cancer at age 6 and a common side effect for the chemo he received was light sensitivity this was proved to the judge and the case was dissmissed. We need something in writing to show the officer so he drops the charges the charges before having to go to court. The papers we had were left in provious car including the sheet of chemo received I am trying to have the hospital send me another copy but getting hold of the right person is easier said than done. Thanking you in advance for your help. Mrs. Donna M. Pro |

| Not a legal question.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
