In principle, yes. So long as the combination of the patented products is useful, novel and non-obvious, the same standard for any invention one wished to patent.
In practice, however, recent changes in caselaw have made it much more difficult to obtain and enforce patents on "combinations."
Your best bet is to sit down with a patent attorney or agent who can review your invention and advise you accordingly.
