Canadian NEEDS USA Patent


What is the name of your state? PEI

Hello, I got a problem. I wonder how does a person under 18 get a american patent, i need direction

Child as Inventor


You can have the parent or legal guardian sign on the child's behalf. The application is then made in the name of that parent or legal guardian. However, the child would be listed as the inventor, naturally.
