What is the name of your state? IL

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if this is considered a dependent, or multiple dependent claim?
"A method for using the device as defined in any one of claims 1 to 28 for..."

Thank you in advance for any input you can offer.

got it

i just checked with some other resources and thought I should post the answer to my own question here. This is a dependent claim as I suspected, actually a multiple dependent claim.

As you found, it's a multiple dependent claim. If you are the applicant, I hope you've got a good reason for writing your claims in multiple-dependent format, because such claims are highly disfavored (and very expensive) in the U.S. These types of claims are the norm (and essentially required) in Europe/
