I have a question that I don't quite understand...Using economic jurisprudence, how would you sanction a major drug corporation of 2500 employees that patented and manufactured an excellent weight-control drug but which knowingly failed to warn that it also caused people to lose the ability to have children? Explain. |

| Because patents don't have anything to do with product liability. We also don't answer hysterical vague questions or political gripes. Post a cogent question with the appropriate details in the product liability forum if this is anything other than rhetorical.
