Initial Product Design

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I currently have a patent on a garment for children that are on IV therapy or that are being fed by feeding tubes. I am trying to get the product manufactured and am wondering if I need to incorporate all facets of the garment in the original garment. I thought that I might add some of the other features as I see the success of the inital product. All of the facets are not necessary immediately and by adding them at this time, manufacturers want much more money per item. Thank you very much. Always Thinking
