If "A" and "B" are co-inventors of an issued patent and neither has assigned the patent to anyone, with no contractual agreement governing the ownership of the patent-what is the result when A grants a royalty license to X and generates 1 million dollars...can B having made no money from the patent, sue A to collect his share of the royalties? How much is B entitled to collect from A, and why?
