Affidavit of Heirship?

What is the name of your state? NH

In NH is it possible to file an affidavit of heirship instead of probate (no will) for an estate worth about $100,000 (real property and personal)? Personal property we have divided amongst ourselves and the only remaining asset is a house. Thanks!
