What is the name of your state?MIchigan

Assume the estate is currently in probate and the house is for sale by the executor. If an offer is made on the house, do all beneficaries of the house have to agree (sign off) on the offer? Or is this up to the executor whether to accept or not? How is it handled if the executor IS a beneficary?
