My father's probate is in New Mexico. He had some land and some personal property. I signed an "Assignmnet of Entire Interest in Estate" to my sister (through the probate attorney) and it reads "to specifically include any such interest in a tract of land ... " then goes on to describe the property.

Since I have signed it there has been an insurance policy found and I am wondering if I signed my right to everything or just the property listed?

If I signed everything over can I change it?
