What is the name of your state? Arizona
What happens when more than one party wants to be the 'personal representative?'
It seems that in AZ there is a priority given to the surviving spouse, and then the children, and then others....(creditors, etc.)
If any potential heirs want to dispute the surviving spouses appointment as 'personal representative,' what procedure do they follow to make the dispute, and ultimately how is it determined who gets the job?
