More info would be helpful but as a general answer, the estate is the landlord and the executor the agent of the landlord so as long as it would otherwise be lawful for the tenant to be evicted, yes an executor can evict a tenant.

No! Not unless the deceased landlord gives prior approval. But if he says it is okay to kick you out, then you must pay for the séance. Which at least gives you a ghost of a chance to remain squatted peddling your dope.
