if my mother gave me up for adoption and then pursued her life as usual.
then she dies leaving a considerable sum in her estate do i have any legal right to contest the will because of her being my birth mother?

Your mother had all her parental rights terminated, meaning you cannot inherit from her.

You mean, I assume, can you claim anything.

If it is a lot of money, then go lawyer shopping with all the details. You never know: you might get something.
