What is the name of your state? West Virginia

Prior to his death my husband titled all of his assets in the name of our LLC.
He established a living trust funded by the LLC and named me as sole beneficiary and co-trustee. He mentioned and specifically excluded his two adult daughters in both his will and trust.

Can these daughters file a challenge to the pour over will and trust when there is no probate estate? Is there any recourse or punishment against someone who files a totally frivolous challenge for the sole purpose of harrassment?
