What is the name of your state? Oregon

I was awarded a judgment from a court case of $500. Never was able to collect. The person that owed the money, just passed away. Is there any way I can collect on the judgment ?

Thanks for any help.

You probably will have to file a transcript of the judgment with the clerk at the courthouse in the county where person died. You might want to call - also ask them if probate of the estate has been opened. The SOL for collection of a judgment in Oregon is 10 years (unless it was renewed).
