As co executor of my Fathers estate, time has come for the second disbursement of funds to the estate heirs. Since the first disbursement, 1 heir has estranged themself from the family and cannot be located. What are my legal obligations and what is the normal course of action to attempt to locate this heir to disburse to them what is rightfully theirs?
