What is the name of your state? California Is it very costly to contest a will. What would the fees be? The Will/Trust is in probate now, is it to late to contest.

You need to be taking the will to a lawyer to have it reviewed to see how strong or how weak your case for contesting it is. Then you can find out what the fees would be. What is the value of the estate and why would you want to contest it?
