What is the name of your state? PA
How long does a person have to contest a will in Pa?
I was first told 90 days now am told up to a year.
Anyone no the correct answer?

If you are the person who wants to contest you need to consult a local lawyer or look at Pennsylvania state probate law at findlaw.com. If you wait too late you may lose your right to contest. A Pennsylvania lawyer is probably not reading this message board.

NO, I am not the one who would contest the will. I'm the executrix of the estate
Our lawyer told us 90 days then said up to a year that why I asked the question.
Thanks for helping me in the right direction to get my answer.:)
