What is the name of your state? CA

Does anyone know of a successful legal challenge to a Living Trust created by using a form from the book "How to Avoid Probate" by Norman F. Dacey?

The assumption is that the form has been correctly filled out and the trust has been properly funded by the required action, such as a quit-clalm deed.

Has the settlor (person who originated the trust) died and what year was the trust written?

What assets are in the trust and what is their value?

What is the specific year of publication of the book you mention?

Are you a beneficiary or trustee?

Is there also a will being probated separately from the trust?

The book is "How To Avoid Probate" by Norman F. Dacey, Copyright 1993, HarperCollins Publishers, ISBN 0-06-273188-2.

The question is a general one and not related to a specific case. The author states that no one one has ever successfully challenged a trust created by a form from the book. I was simply trying to determine if that was true.
