What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

The first is dated 1982, and the 2nd dated 1998. He has just passed away. Which one applies?

Thanks

Are they both signed and witnessed? You really need to have them reviewed by a probate attorney to make certain there are no imperfections that would cause them to be rejected by the surrogate court.
