Hi. My father recently suddenly passed. There is no will.

His assets are:

2005 Ford F150-Blue Book Value-$8,000.00
2 bank accounts: $4,400.00

His debts are:
1950 Hot Rod-he owes $3800.00
Credit Cards-total $6,000

He also has miscellaneous bills due for this month; cell phone, car insurance, heat, electric.

He rented an apartment, and we took care of that with the landlord.

Are we going to have to sell both the car and the truck?

We would be very sad to have to sell his vehicles....he re-built both of them with his own two hands.....

Thank you,
Amy
