Distribution of contents to beneficiaries

Virginia
I am executor of my mother's estate. I was left the house & my 2 sisters the contents of the house. Can I put a deadline/timeframe for them to get all the contents or have an estate sale? They are just dragging their feet & I would like to keep things rolling.
