My trustee sent me an email saying he quit, that he would not return calls or emails.

His attorney sent me a letter saying the trustee resigned and that the atty had to give me 30 days notice about the resignation; that I should find another trustee.

I expect a new trustee will be decided at a hearing.

But I haven’t received a date. I asked the attorney for the date of the hearing and he did not respond.

Q; is the attorney supposed to confirm a Court date now with the clerk or after 30 days of notice to me?

Q: at the hearing for the trustee to resign, what else will the judge allow to be discussed, such as, will he appoint a new trustee or do I have to file a petition?
