I am continuing the duties as personal representative of my late brother's estate.
On most court forms (such as CPC 20, Inventory of the estate) there is a box titled "Attorney or Party Without Attorney (Name and Address)".
Since the estate is small and straight-forward, I am not using an attorney at the present time. Does my name and address info go in this box? I assume so, but I cannot find any instructions to verify this.
