estate funds?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri I am personal representative of my fathers estate. I am also the only beneficiary of his estate. There have been no claims against the estate and its almost time to close estate. My question is since I am the only beneficiary as well as the person rep. can I use any of the funds in the estate account before the actuall closing of the estate? If not what will happen if some of the funds have already been used? |

| Under the circumstances you describe, I don't see that it would be a problem. After all, as the PR, you would be personally liable anyway if something blows up. Quote:
