What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
I am personal representative of my fathers estate. I am also the only beneficiary of his estate. There have been no claims against the estate and its almost time to close estate. My question is since I am the only beneficiary as well as the person rep. can I use any of the funds in the estate account before the actuall closing of the estate? If not what will happen if some of the funds have already been used?

Under the circumstances you describe, I don't see that it would be a problem.

After all, as the PR, you would be personally liable anyway if something blows up.

Sounds like you went and done it already.
