WB/Jr died may 2010. WB/Sr died nov 2011. WB/Sr spouse died feb 2012. Mesothelioma case for WB/Sr in the works before WB/SR spouse passed away. There are 8 children. WB/SR has 1 blood child living, 1 blood child deceased, 1 non blood daughter not adobted, 2 grandchildren from deceased son WB/Jr. WB/SR spouse has 1 blood daughter from prev marriage, 1 blood son from previous marriage, 3 adopted children non blood. WB/Sr will still in probate prior to spouse dying, will stayed unchanged. Who is entitled to the mesothelioma monies, does it become part of the estate or is it separate.
