Wisconsin - as a beneficiary, what rights do we have to question the actions of an executor? We are kept in the dark by the personal rep on many issues and we suspect that much of the information we do get is false or misleading.

When we ask the PR if we can consult the lawer, he says no - only he can do that. If we ask him to ask the lawyer, he says that would cost too much money. We suspect the PR may be trying to skirt the law on tax issues and other things but, we have no contact with the lawyer involved and the PR says that simple phone calls to the lawyer will run up a huge bill.

What can we do?

Hire your own attorney to represent YOUR interests, so that the other side will not be able to continue hoodwinking you like they are doing now.
