This is related to my previous question. What exactly is an Executors Title (deed) & what "benefits" does this give to the executrix of the estate? What rights do the remaining beneficiaries of the estate [still] have in regards to the house? As in my previous question, does this type of title make the executrix the sole owner of the house, or just give her the "right" to sell it? Does she still have to divide the proceeds among the remaining beneficiaries?
