Here's my question: My ex wife had a will that left our daughter everything to her. Now the executor of the will is not probating this will and i cannot get the title of the vehicle in anyone's name since title is in the deceased name.
Is there any way i can get what is rightfully my daughters vehicle titled?

Hire a probate attorney to become administrator and get this estate opened up for probate and then he can ask the judge to request that ex-wifey produce the will.
