What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? nc My mother just passed away I am administrator and signed responsiblity of funeral. She has 3 CDs which I was lead to believe would take care of final bills. The bank says since she has her grandchildren (minors) as beneficaries of the CDs that the CDs will not go towards her bills. What can I do? I do not have 10 grand to pay for the funeral
