What is the name of your state (NY)?
long drawnout process involving a cousin who died several years ago without will
finnally all agreed that 1st cousins receive equal share--children of deceased 1st cousins split their share.

so we have 7 first cousins alive--and 2 deceased 1st cousins with children--total 9 shares

we are at the stage now waiting for surragate court to assigning date for kinship hearing--administrator has already been appointed with limited powers.

Now--one of the first cousins has died--and she has no children--what happens to her share??
IS my question not clear enough??
