What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIo

I was looking at the docket online and it says this

06/04/09 10.d Entry to Deposit Lost Heir Funds. 5.00
- FBO:Daniel SXXXX-4009.80

does anyone know what this means?

is the court holding my money? Shouldn't my attorney have told me it was over.

Is the "aniel" name your name or the name of the decedent? IF that is your name it might possibly be your money. You have to go to the county courthouse to look at the probate file or contact the person who handled the estate to get the exact details about what is going on here. Normally if there is an heir who cannot be located the money is held in trust and in Ohio is sometimes reported to the county treasurer or auditor.
