What is the name of your state?California
I am a beneficiary of my father's estate. The executer is stealing us blind. How can i make a Declaration to the court regarding his actions? He's seen to it that I cannot afford an attorney. Thanks

How much do you stand to inherit? Explain your dilemma to the attorneys you interview with and one will be sympathetic enough to help. How can you prove he is stealing and how much has he stolen already? Please explain the circumstances.
