What is the name of your state? Arkansas

A deed titled "husband and wife" creates a joint tenancy in Arkansas. Thought I would pass that along. Different here in CA.

Same here in WI. UNLESS there is another form of ownership stated, a H&W deed carries a presumption of Jt Tenancy.
