When I bought my house, I was not marry and my boyfriend and I had the deed with our single names and added JWRS, my question is any of us die, the house will have to go to probate, he has children too, not me. We have a lot of debts in credit cards too. Can you give some advice ? Thanks for your help.

If one of you dies, the house does NOT go through probate. It passes directly to the other JT.
