recently an aunt died no next of kin except nieces and nephews. she left her estate to a "friend" who started making visits to her home and five years ago had her to make a will leaving her all of her estate at her death.
the will was filed with the court house approx 16 days after her funeral.
on the will are the attorny's names as witness and notary all of the same name
would the family "nephews and nieces" have any legal rights? to the estate?
