What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
My Father named me as beneficiary of his life insurance. Must I share this with my late half-brother's two kids?

I am sorry for your loss. If you are the beneficiary of the life insurance, the money is yours. You need not share it with anybody nor is the fact that you received such a payment a factor when determining how to split up any of your father's estate.
