My dad left a house in Maine to me and my 2 brothers. It has been almost 1 1/2 years since he died. Me and one of my brothers want to sell the house, the other brother wants to buy us out. House is worth $350,000. He wants to give us $75,000 each. We both won't accept. What happens now?
