My husband owns 80% of a business and his father owns 20%. He also owns 50% of another business with his brother and he has no will. He owned both before we meet. He has a severely disabled son from a prior marriage. He has a significant life insurance policy with his first wife as the beneficary for his son. Should he die without a will how will his assests be divided? Would his ex-wife receive more than just the insurance policy
