What is the name of your state? colorado

My brother passed away two weeks ago. He had no will, no spouse, no children, vurtually no assets ('89 Izuzu, few personal possesions) propebley not worth more than $1,000, a checking account in his name only & no beneficiary with about $2,000 in it & lots of debt (upwards of $25,000).

I have his death certificate.

What am I going to need to withdrawal the money from his account? What do I do with the creditors? After paying for cremation there will not be much money left.

I nor my brothers assets can afford to hire an attoreny.
Help!!!
