I am from Texas and I am the excutrix of my mother n law and she passed a way. She had a Last will a testament form filled out with her wishes and had it signed but never notarized. I need to know if this is valid or not.

Based solely on the facts of your post, it doesn't sound like this will is valid.

But file it with the probate court and see what happens.
