My father signed a Warranty Deed to give me ownership of his property a few months ago. Recently, I found out that the property was Will to him and he has yet to Probate it. The property is still in the name of the deceased relative. Is the Warranty Deed Valid if he has not Probated the property into his name?

Is there any way I can show the Will, Deed of Trust and Waranty Deed to the Court or Attorney and Avoid the Probate Process?
